Founder & CEO
Caleigh MacPherson is a highly collaborative and detail-oriented program manager with over 15 years of experience in the engineering industry, specializing in Department of Defense (DoD) programs. With a strong technical background, she brings a systems-level approach to leading cross-functional teams, driving quality-focused outcomes from prototype development through full-rate production. She has successfully managed multi-million-dollar military contracts, consistently delivering high customer satisfaction through precise execution, strategic planning, and operational excellence. She is also eligible for security clearance, further enabling her ability to support sensitive and mission-critical programs. She holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, a Master's in Engineering Management from Duke University, and is a certified Project Management Professional.
